Ryan was great. first time I have seen him. He ordered testing for me and did a trigger point injection during my office visit. I had never had one before, it helped so much. Ryan really listened to me, and I am scheduled for injections tomorrow and looking forward to some relief. I have always seen Dr. Baker, which I love, but he was not available. Ryan was GREAT!!!

Wow!! Had my ablation on my neck. Pain free nearly immediately! No pain pills needed. The entire staff was great! Recommend highly!

I always look forward to my monthly appointments with Gianni Moshero, PA-C. I usually have questions and I know if he doesn't have the answers at hand, he will search for the information and help me to understand it. Gianni is easy to talk to and listens to my concerns. He has given me specific recommendations for which I have been extremely grateful. I have been doing research on a class of over-the-counter products but have been unable to get a recommendation until my appointment with Gianni. He recommended a product he has experience with, found it on a source I use, and I placed an order as soon as I got home. Having a medical person like Gianni that I see and trust, on a monthly basis, is priceless.

Gianni Moshero, PA-C Came into the room and said sorry it too so long I was reviewing your records. He asked to to tell him in bullet points why I was there and what was going on. Before I could share all with him he said I should get another X-ray since it had been so long since my last. He stated the wrong date and asked me when my last injection was. He was typing the whole time not listening and it was obvious he had not fully reviewed my history. He stated he would refill my prescription that received 6months prior and off he went. The visit reminded me of the commercial with the doctors gliding through the office on hooks. Of course he did not send in the prescription. After calling the next day, leaving a message with no return call, I called again and talked with an understanding lady who had Dr. Baker send in the prescription. No one talked with me so of course it was not the same as previously prescribed.

Samantha greeted me with a big SMILE. She made me feel comfortable. I could talk with her and she LISTENED, which was wonderful. I felt she really cared about my problem and she provided me with possible solutions. I highly recommend her and the staff. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Didn’t feel the staff was very professional. I was not told much about the procedure and I was very nervous . I thought I was talking to the rad tech , when actually it really was the doctor , whom I hadn’t met!!

Victoria always sees me as a person first. She acknowledges that I have a life that I am trying to live while I deal with my pain. I feel like so many physicians expect you to stop your life instead of them stopping your pain. I refuse to stop living and allow my pain free rein. God bless Victoria and all that she has done for me.

Greeted as soon as I approached the check-in window. Was taken back before I could even sit down. Had a steroid injection and left the office within 30 minutes of arrival. Staff was excellent and walked me thru the entire process. The doctor took the time to confirm and explain the procedure in detail. My overall experience was fantastic.,

I have had great experiences with the practice in Sun City West. I couldn’t be happier with the care Meg always gives and John placed the IV so expertly I did not even feel it! Dr Malayil is always so personable. I feel comfortable with them. I would recommend them with full confidence. Thank you all.

Victoria Tweedy, FNP, NP-C is a wonderful Doctor, very caring and listens to our concerns and answers all our questions. Both my husband and myself see her for all our spine and pain problems. also the staff at the Sun City and Sun City West office our very kind and professional .
